Licensing Analyst

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Licensing Analyst to support the growth and performance of its licensed product categories worldwide. Based in San Francisco, you will work across product, design, merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams, as well as with external licensees.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales, royalty, forecasting, and performance reporting for licensed categories such as Kids, Outerwear, and Belts.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive product development, seasonal execution, and category performance.
• Coordinate product reviews, approvals, milestone tracking, and seasonal deliverables from concept to commercialization.
• Manage physical product workflows, including samples, prototypes, trial orders, and feedback loops.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and insights for leadership meetings and strategic planning.
• Assist with category expansion, new business opportunities, and operational initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, financial analysis, or a related business function.
• Proven ability to build financial models, conduct business analyses, and create reports.
• Experience supporting business planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
