Licensed Practical Nurse – Pediatric Float Pool

About the role

Join BAYADA’s Pediatric Float Pool to provide complex home care for infants and children up to 21 years old in Burlington County, NJ. The role blends direct patient care with training the ongoing BAYADA care team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, complex care to pediatric clients, including tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Provide extensive training and education to the ongoing BAYADA care team.

Required profile

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• NICU, PICU, or home‑care trach/vent experience.
• Pass a high‑tech pediatric simulation assessment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Commit to a consistent schedule (minimum 1 shift per week).
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County.

Required skills

• Pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• NICU/PICU experience.
• CPR certification.
• High‑tech pediatric simulation proficiency.
