Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Adult Clients

About the role

BAYADA Delaware Adult Skilled Nursing Office is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses who are passionate about caring for adult clients in a private‑duty, home‑health setting. You will work one‑on‑one with a client, providing hands‑on care and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose and deliver care according to doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Execute and properly document prescribed treatments and medication administration.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.

Required skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring.
• Clinical documentation and record‑keeping.
