Licensed Practical Nurse – Evening Private Duty Homecare

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one‑on‑one private duty care for pediatric and adult clients during evening hours in the Philadelphia area. The role offers flexible shifts, including part‑time, full‑time, or PRN options, with the opportunity to work as little as one shift per week.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home and deliver personalized care according to the schedule you choose.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, monitor conditions, and record observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Utilize Statewise for electronic charting and maintain communication with clinical support by phone.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current, active LPN license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Statewise electronic charting system.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and document care accurately.
