Licensed Practical Nurse – Adult Nursing

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide adult nursing care in clients' homes. You will work with patients of varying ages and acuity levels, including those requiring advanced interventions such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide skilled nursing care with autonomy in the home setting.

Required profile

• Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
• Flexible availability for 8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• Willingness to work PRN, part‑time, or full‑time, even as little as one shift per week.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• Electronic charting using Statewise.
• Experience or training in advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
