Key responsibilities

• Administer medications and injections to patients and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Record vital signs, patient weights, and all ordered treatments accurately.
• Support the Admissions unit’s workflow and ensure timely completion of intake documentation.

Required profile

• Current Georgia license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• At least six months of nursing experience (or one year for equivalent positions).
• High school diploma/GED and successful completion of an approved LPN program, or a vocational/technical degree.
• Pass a state‑mandated national and state background check.
