About the role

Serve as the first clinical contact for adolescents and their families seeking care at Adolescent Wellness Academy. Conduct brief intake consultations to assess concerns, safety, and treatment suitability for PHP or IOP programs.

Key responsibilities

Conduct Connection Calls with teens (13‑17) and caregivers, building rapport and explaining program options.
Complete CALOCUS screenings, crisis assessments, and suicide risk assessments, escalating when necessary.
Document findings promptly and coordinate next steps with Admissions and clinical teams.

Required profile

Active full Florida licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Fluency in English and Spanish for clinical conversations.
Experience working with adolescents in PHP/IOP settings and conducting crisis assessments.
Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective during high‑risk situations.
Private workspace for confidential remote consultations and consistent availability Monday‑Friday, 5:00‑8:00 PM EST.

Required skills

Fluency in English and Spanish.
Active Florida mental health licensure (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT).
