Licensed Behavior Specialist & Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

About the role

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist who is also a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Bala Cynwyd, PA clinic. You will conduct assessments, design individualized ABA programs, and support families and staff in delivering effective behavior interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing behavioral and skills assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Write detailed assessment reports, treatment plans, and clinical documentation that meet BACB, insurance, and organizational standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA therapy programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide consultation, training, and supervision to parents, teachers, and therapeutic staff.
• Supervise Registered Behavior/ABA Therapists in accordance with BACB supervision requirements.

Required profile

• Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA‑D) and a valid state license.
• At least one year of professional experience working with clients diagnosed with ASD.
• Ability to maintain CEU requirements and BACB credential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with assessment tools such as ABLLS, VB‑MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, QABF, MAS, FAST, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
