About the role

The Levantine Instructor Virtual joins Berlitz to deliver high‑quality Levantine language instruction to private and group learners. Working under the Service Delivery Manager and Academic Specialist, you will teach both onsite and remote classes while supporting students in line with Berlitz’s teaching standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Levantine language lessons following Berlitz teaching principles, focusing on student goals and interests.
• Conduct level assessments and needs analyses as assigned.
• Teach private and group students at learning centers, off‑site locations, or virtually.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions with the Academic Specialist to evaluate lessons and set SMART goals.
• Complete training and professional development modules on the @Berlitz Learning platform.
• Maintain up‑to‑date pedagogical and attendance records for each student.
• Integrate learning technology into lessons and manage shared teaching resources.
• Perform additional duties delegated by the Service Delivery Manager or Academic Specialist.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic administrative and computer proficiency for lesson delivery and record keeping.
• Flexibility with work hours and availability.
