LEU Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking an experienced Law Enforcement Unit (LEU) Operations Supervisor to lead its 2nd or 3rd shift. The supervisor acts as the shift commander, ensuring safe, compliant operations of the LEU while supporting the Bank’s mission to maintain stability of the nation’s financial system.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily LEU shift activities, enforce standard operating procedures and federal regulations.
• Manage performance, provide training, conduct performance reviews, and handle staffing adjustments or disciplinary actions.
• Prepare shift assignments, test equipment, review shift reports and logs for accuracy and timely distribution.
• Represent the LEU at internal and external meetings and coordinate with other Bank departments.
• Maintain attendance compliance and respond to emergency or crisis situations as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience, or two years of college with 7 years, or a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of law‑enforcement experience.
• Ability to complete or have completed the Federal Reserve System Basic Law Enforcement Course (BLEC) and Field Training.
• Willingness to work the designated 2nd shift (2:00 PM‑10:30 PM) or 3rd shift (10:00 PM‑6:30 AM).
