Legal Tech Client Manager (JD Preferred)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Tech Client Manager to own and grow a portfolio of large law firm accounts. The role focuses on building trusted partnerships, driving product adoption, and delivering measurable value through LexisNexis solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive renewals and expansion by proactive account planning and consultative selling.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans across defined territories in collaboration with product specialists and customer success teams.
• Position LexisNexis legal research, analytics, and AI‑enabled workflow platforms as essential tools for practice groups and firm operations.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders such as managing partners, firm leadership, knowledge‑management leaders, and practice chairs.
• Navigate complex buying groups and firm hierarchies to secure renewals and expand relationships.
• Maintain pipeline discipline using Salesforce, Gong, and Seismic, and provide structured feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Experience managing and expanding complex B2B SaaS or technology accounts within large law firms or professional services.
• Strong executive presence with clear communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and influence senior decision‑makers.
