Legal & HR Compliance Specialist

About the role

SD Solutions is seeking a motivated Legal & HR Compliance Specialist to join its core team. The role combines legal drafting, labor‑law compliance, and day‑to‑day HR support, ensuring that all internal processes meet applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and update employment contracts, addenda, HR policies, internal regulations and formal letters such as disciplinary notices and termination letters.
• Provide timely guidance on labor‑law matters, monitor legislative changes and advise stakeholders on required updates.
• Act as the primary contact for internal HR inquiries, support the HR department in resolving employment issues and lead disciplinary processes.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transitions.
• Conduct cross‑jurisdictional research on labor legislation to support expanding operations.
• Offer legal and HR compliance assistance to all business units, helping interpret and apply internal policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in an international (preferably IT) company.
• At least 1 year in a legal role with strong agreement drafting and revision skills.
• Deep knowledge of labor law and ability to communicate effectively in English (C1).
• Result‑oriented mindset, flexibility, proactivity and strong organizational abilities.
