Legal Coordinator – Intellectual Property

About the role

The Legal Coordinator will support the intellectual property portfolio of cbrands' beer, wine, and spirits divisions. Working under the VP, Deputy General Counsel and the IP Manager, you will handle day‑to‑day IP administration, contract assistance, and reporting tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the IP team with global trademark, copyright and patent clearance, filing, maintenance and enforcement.
• Conduct brand and market internet research for IP matters.
• Provide litigation support, including document collection, production and coordination with outside counsel.
• Review, edit and route IP‑related contracts (license agreements, letters of authorization, amendments) and manage signatures using Adobe Sign.
• Maintain contract requests in Sirion and update the Legal Department’s matter‑management system.
• Process legal sample requests, NDAs and other approvals, escalating when needed.
• Track data in databases, generate regular reports and develop metrics to monitor IP activity.
