Leasing & Sales Consultant – Icon Riverwalk

About the role

The Leasing & Sales Consultant will drive occupancy and revenue for the Icon Riverwalk community by managing the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, delivering a professional and knowledgeable experience that reflects Greystar’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Maintain accurate prospect information in the CRM and manage leads through the leasing pipeline.
• Analyze market and competitor data to support pricing and marketing decisions.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach initiatives to generate traffic.
• Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and retention.
• Handle lease renewals in line with Active Adult best practices and monitor resident satisfaction.
