Leasing Professional – Yardly Sutton Fields

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention for the Yardly Sutton Fields community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tours to lease signing and move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needed to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist, Facebook and email.
• Maintain accurate data in the on‑site property management system (OneSite, Yardi), tracking availability, traffic and resident demographics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or sales with a focus on occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, from prospect interaction to unit inspections and marketing execution.

Required skills

• OneSite or Yardi property management software.
• Internet marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook and email campaigns.
