Leasing Professional – Yardly Cross Creek

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Yardly Cross Creek community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through full‑cycle leasing.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Proven experience performing sales and leasing activities in a residential community.
• Ability to inspect apartments and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Strong awareness of local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Effective communication skills for prospect interaction and resident relations.
