Leasing Professional – Yardly Algodon

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Yardly Algodon community. The role drives occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through leasing activities, marketing initiatives and lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready, and maintain show‑unit standards.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data and generate reports.
• Follow‑up with prospects and residents via email, phone or written communication to secure leases and renewals.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, including on‑call duties.
• All state and local licensing or certifications required for leasing activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook and email campaigns.
