About the role
The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Yardley Laveen Spectrum community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through proactive leasing activities and resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm they are ready for occupancy.
- Support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the community and achieve occupancy targets.
