About the role

The Leasing Professional at Eagle Creek will drive community occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a seamless move‑in experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Manage lease renewals and work to retain existing residents.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident interactions.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leasing inquiries.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of following established leasing procedures.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
