Leasing Professional – Willow Plaza

About the role

The Leasing Professional at Willow Plaza will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless experience from first inquiry to lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are move‑in ready.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
