Leasing Professional – West San Antonio

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for a West San Antonio community. You will manage the full leasing cycle—from prospecting and tours to lease signing and move‑in—while supporting resident retention and renewal efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available units.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
