Leasing Professional – Wakefield Glen Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Wakefield Glen community in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing processes and resident engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform occupancy strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and employer outreach.
• Utilize internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook to generate traffic.
• Maintain accurate records of availability, prospect data, and leasing activity using on‑site property management software.
