Leasing Professional – Wadsworth Junction

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Wadsworth Junction community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage applications, documentation, and move‑in logistics.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Effective communication skills for both in‑person interactions and written correspondence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
