Leasing Professional - Vue 21

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Vue 21 community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through comprehensive leasing activities and resident satisfaction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding items with maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Capability to stay informed about market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
• Familiarity with internet marketing platforms including Craigslist, Facebook, and email marketing tools.
