Leasing Professional – Villas at Gateway

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Villas at Gateway community in Pinellas Park, Florida. This temporary, full‑time role supports the community’s occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals throughout a 90‑day assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents.
• Conduct community tours and show individual apartments.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and related documentation.
• Coordinate marketing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
• Provide ongoing resident satisfaction support during the lease term.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend coverage.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site for the duration of the temporary assignment.
