Leasing Professional – Villas at 28th

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Villas at 28th community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets through proactive leasing and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or sales.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build resident relationships.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple leasing processes simultaneously.
