Leasing Professional - Vert

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team at the Vert community. In this role you will drive leasing, marketing and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needed and ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity and manage resident data.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience in a stabilized community.
• Proficiency with property management software (Onesite preferred; RealPage experience a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
