Leasing Professional – Verde Esterra Park

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Verde Esterra Park community. You will be the front‑line representative for prospective and current residents, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct prospect outreach, virtual and in‑person tours, and ensure a smooth move‑in experience.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for advertising purposes.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email, and utilize social media to promote available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for completing legal documents and explaining apartment features.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (desired but not required).
