Leasing Professional – Trinity Exchange

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Trinity Exchange community. The successful candidate will drive occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through proactive prospect engagement and seamless move‑in experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needed, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record activity, and maintain resident data.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors to Greystar’s quality standards, coordinating with maintenance as required.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to ensure satisfaction and lease conversion.
• Prepare renewal letters, contact residents before lease expiration, and secure timely lease renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, documenting issues and coordinating resolutions.

Required profile

• Valid state and local leasing licenses and a driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, including on‑call responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Experience using Yardi for leasing and resident data management.
• Familiarity with internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
