Leasing Professional – Townhome Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a new townhome community of 60 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through full‑cycle leasing activities and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show townhomes.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs and online advertising.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• Ability to engage with prospects, conduct tours, and manage the leasing process end‑to‑end.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and lease preparation.
• Knowledge of local market trends and ability to develop marketing strategies.
• Comfort with using property management software for data tracking and reporting.
