Leasing Professional – The Tobin Estate Phase 3

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for The Tobin Estate Phase 3 community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities and resident engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials as needed.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market conditions and competitor activity.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills for managing applications, inspections, and marketing activities.

• Credit screening and background check processes.
