Leasing Professional – The Residences at Springfield Station

About the role

Greystar is looking for a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Residences at Springfield Station. The position is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through full‑cycle leasing and ongoing resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and maintain move‑in ready conditions.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing or property management with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects and residents.
• Detail‑oriented approach to apartment inspections and documentation.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
