Leasing Professional – The Ravelle at Ridgeview

About the role
The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Ravelle at Ridgeview, a mid‑rise community of 324 units. This full‑time position focuses on achieving occupancy and revenue targets while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
- Manage lease renewals and retention initiatives to maintain high occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to implement effective leasing strategies.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend coverage.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
