Leasing Professional – The Quarry Alamo Heights

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Quarry Alamo Heights community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets through proactive leasing and resident satisfaction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Ability to collaborate with maintenance and marketing teams to ensure unit readiness and effective promotion.
