Leasing Professional – The Miles (Raleigh, NC)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Miles, a stabilized mid‑rise community in Raleigh, NC. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents and will ensure a seamless leasing experience from prospecting through move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate data on apartment availability, prospect traffic, and resident demographics using property management software.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple leasing tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitor offerings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
