Leasing Professional – The Madison at Copper Leaf

About the role

The Madison at Copper Leaf is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while supporting existing residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct community tours, qualify prospects, and manage the full leasing cycle from application to lease signing.
• Inspect and prepare apartments for move‑in, coordinating with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record prospect activity, and maintain resident data.
• Ensure show units meet Greystar’s quality standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting tours and lease negotiations.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust leasing tactics accordingly.
• Detail‑oriented approach to apartment inspections and documentation.

Required skills

• Experience using OneSite property management software.
• Experience using Yardi property management software.
