Leasing Professional – The Lyndon

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing and renewal activities for The Lyndon community. The role focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience and maintaining high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, showing apartments and processing applications.
• Perform credit screenings, criminal background checks and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising using platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and manage prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to greet, qualify and guide prospective residents.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in preparation.
• Awareness of local rental market conditions and ability to adapt marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in using property management software to manage leasing workflows.
