Leasing Professional – The Luke

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the team at The Luke. You will be the face of the community, driving resident satisfaction and supporting occupancy goals through proactive leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct prospect outreach, schedule and lead virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Ensure a seamless move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for pricing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience preferred; a positive, can‑do attitude is essential.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to complete legal documents and explain apartment features.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (desired).
• Ability to leverage social‑media and internet platforms for marketing.
