About the role

The Jaxon is a brand‑new luxury apartment community in Caldwell, Idaho. Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities, ensuring high occupancy, revenue performance and resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Greet, qualify and tour prospective residents, presenting the property’s features and amenities.
• Process applications, prepare lease agreements and manage all related paperwork.
• Provide responsive service to current residents, addressing inquiries and maintenance requests promptly.
• Coordinate lease renewals and retain existing residents by delivering a high‑quality living experience.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to maintain the community’s appearance and standards.
