Leasing Professional – The Island Residences

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for The Island Residences at Carlson Center. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through end‑to‑end leasing activities and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show units and community standards in line with company quality expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and leasing activities within residential real‑estate.
• Ability to conduct property tours, qualify leads, and manage lease documentation.
• Strong knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Experience designing and implementing marketing campaigns to generate traffic.
• Detail‑oriented approach to unit inspections and move‑in readiness.
