Leasing Professional – The Hallon

About the role

The Hallon community is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive marketing, leasing and renewal initiatives, ensuring high occupancy, revenue performance and resident satisfaction. This full-time, onsite position reports to community management and plays a key role in the resident lifecycle from prospecting to lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours and showcase apartment features.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move-in packages and coordinate smooth resident move-ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy to confirm they are move-in ready.
• Implement community marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.

• Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Detail-oriented approach to application processing and unit inspections.
• Goal-driven mindset focused on achieving occupancy and revenue objectives.
