Leasing Professional – The Foundmore

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the team at The Foundmore community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments to achieve leasing goals.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards by daily inspections and coordinating with the maintenance team.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms.
