Leasing Professional – The Clara

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Clara, a high‑rise lease‑up community of 508 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or property‑management experience.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management systems (OneSite, Yardi).
• Experience using online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
• Ability to conduct credit and background screenings.
