Leasing Professional – The Bennett

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for The Bennett community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring units, and processing applications.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing, sales, or property‑management environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build lasting resident relationships.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Detail‑oriented approach to apartment inspections and move‑in coordination.
