Leasing Professional – The Avenue Hollywood

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the team at The Avenue Hollywood, a stabilized community of 180 units. You will be the front‑line representative responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience in multifamily or residential property.
• Proficiency with leasing software tools such as OneSite, Yardi, Happy Co, and ILM Leads.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Ability to work a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule, 9 am‑6 pm, with flexibility as business needs change.
