Leasing Professional – The Allen

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for The Allen, a 312‑unit mid‑rise community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through the full leasing cycle, from prospecting to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct community tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends as needed.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
