Leasing Professional (Temporary) – Rustico

About the role

We are seeking a temporary Leasing Professional to support our Rustico community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect and ready apartments for move‑in, coordinating with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, manage prospect data and generate reports.
• Maintain show units and common areas to Greystar standards, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, phone or written communication to secure lease signings and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, addressing concerns or escalating as needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, including on‑call responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi property management systems.
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook and email campaigns.

What we offer

• Hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $19.00.
