Leasing Professional – Temporary Position at Flagler Banyan Square

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to support the Flagler Banyan Square community on a short‑term basis. This temporary role (up to 90 days) focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready for residents, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Excellent communication skills for conducting tours and explaining lease terms.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and documentation.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
