Leasing Professional (Temporary)

About the role

The Leasing Professional (Temporary) will support the Broadstone Oliver community by driving leasing activity, resident satisfaction, and lease renewals. This on‑site position focuses on delivering a seamless move‑in experience and maintaining high occupancy levels.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and capture resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented approach to lease documentation and unit inspections.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet community needs.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
