Leasing Professional – Summit at Sausalito

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for the Summit at Sausalito community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tours to lease signing and move‑in, while supporting resident retention and renewal efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any maintenance needed to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or related real‑estate experience.
• Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Goal‑driven mindset with focus on occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
